Released the first GoFound full-text search engine application. Build Docker images based on official source code, and configure health checks, data persistence and profile management. Supports full-text retrieval through the HTTP interface, integrates the Admin management interface, and the default account admin/123456. After creating an index record, the list will not be displayed, and the search keywords will display the search results.
