First release. Three upstream v3.8.0 startup defects fixed at packaging time: undefined docById stopped the app on the loading page, Chinese browsers fell back to English, and the official netdisk picker conflicted with the upstream RequireJS loader. Chinese UI by default, official netdisk file picker and netdisk right-click open integrated, mobile platforms declared unsupported.
