Fixes the review feedback that saving the JSON preset to the LazyCat drive did nothing (the download blob was revoked before the platform interceptor could read it back; saving to the drive now works end-to-end). Adds an Import JSON entry: open a JSON preset from local disk or the LazyCat drive, sharing the import pipeline with the paste entry; the local/drive choice is provided by the platform file interceptor.
