Initial release, porting Eclipse Mosquitto MQTT message broker to Lazycat platform. Supports MQTT 5.0/3.1.1/3.1 protocols, provides standard MQTT port (1883) and WebSocket port (9001) services, includes complete configuration files and data persistence support.
