Refresh documentation data to upstream devdocs 2026-10-09 (previously the 2026-09-22 snapshot). The doc set is unchanged at 65 entries (bash, c/cpp, css, dom, docker, django, go, javascript, nginx, node, openjdk, php, postgresql, python, react, redis, rust, sqlite, terraform, typescript, vue and their versioned variants). 61 of the entries carry this build data, e.g. Python 3.14, Django 3.15.2 / 6.0, Node.js 24 LTS, CMake 3.31, C++ and Docker all refreshed. The four Web API docs (css, dom, html, javascript) keep the previous documentation data because the archive format upstream ships for those two doc types cannot be extracted in this build environment; the remaining 61 entries are updated in this release.
